MrSprayUSA: Return & Refund Policy

1. The Artistic Standard

At MrSprayUSA, every piece is handcrafted using premium aerosol paints. Because of the nature of spray paint as a medium:

  • Unique Characteristics: You may notice slight textures, soft edges, or minor "overspray" on the back or sides of items. These are not defects; they are the fingerprints of the street-art style and make your piece one-of-a-kind.

  • Color Accuracy: Please note that monitor settings vary. We strive to photograph our items in natural light to show the truest colors possible.

2. Custom & Commissioned Work

  • All custom-designed pieces or personalized items are final sale.

  • Once a custom order is started, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds as materials and labor have already been invested.

3. Ready-to-Ship Returns

For our standard, non-custom inventory:

  • Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, un-displayed condition and in the original packaging.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MrSprayUSA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Shipping Damage (The "Fresh Paint" Guarantee)

We pack our art to survive a journey, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at hello@mrsprayusa.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos of the damage to the item and the condition of the shipping box.

  3. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any item proven to be damaged by the carrier.

5. Proper Care & Curing

Spray paint can take up to 21 days to fully cure (harden) depending on humidity.

  • Do not place heavy objects on the painted surface during this time.

  • Avoid hanging items in direct, high-heat sunlight immediately after unboxing.

  • MrSprayUSA is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
